heavy tour is comin’ to Switzerland on St. Nicholas Day. “Back
on the Streets” is the slogan and the Basel Booking Agency
Tersicore & MAD Tourbooking serve heavy stuff. Headliner is no
one else than Six Reasons
to Kill from Koblenz, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany. The Berlin
Hardcore hooligans Got
Nuthin’ support ‘em with Swiss Act Strained
Nerve and I Cut Out
Your Name from Rheinfelden, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany.
City
of Basel was the first place where the tour stopped. I went to the
show, because the package was so spectacular. Finally, I wanted
see how the audience would react on a Thursday night and how the
bands would perform.
I
Cut Out Your Name
was the first act. The members are very experienced, because they
were involved in other bands like State of Distrust, Fear My
Thoughts or Blus. You could feel it during their performance.
Their mixture of Doom Metal, Hardcore and Death Metal was well
received by the audience. The show was amazin’ with a great
performance, which got honored with much applause by the
spectators.
The
Swiss act Strained Nerve
was the next in line. The Inhabitants of Aargau started furious
with a unique style called “Strained Metal”. The sound had
elements of Pantera, but also melodic Thrash Metal elements. It
was recognized by catchy guitar tunes of guitar player Hänni and
Egger when singer Ash Glueti convinced with shoutin’. Singer Ash
Glueti thanked Tersicore Booking for the chance playin’ in City
of Basel. “Broken Hard” marked the end of an outstandin’
performance and the audience said goodbye to ‘em with much
applause.

Now
it was time for Got
Nuthin’. The German Hardcore band from Berlin stuck in the
mind of one or the other, because they were part of “Surviving
Eastern Festival” in spring. They convinced with a kick ass
show. Well, the room was crowded and all hells broke loose when
the first tunes of “Self Respect “blew out the speakers. The
spectators moshed around and singer Tobi Diepelt convinced vocally
and the guitar group Alex Leonhard & Stephan Kinski teared up
the Hirscheneck with blazin’ guitar riffs. This show was the
perfect opportunity as promotion for their upcoming EP “Back On
The Streets”, which gonna be released on February 2013. The
music was received enthusiastically and Got
Nuthin’ were celebrated by their fans.
Actually,
“Back on the Streets” should’ve been the last song, but the
loud “encore” shouts remained not only unheard. Her prayers
were answered with Misfits cover “Attitude” and one more time
kick ass before it ended.

You
think it can go on the same level? Damn wrong! There was not even
a suggestion of fatigue when Six
Reasons To Kill entered the stage late. On the contrary! The
spectators were awake and went totally nutz like before and
impressed the Palatines very much. Unfortunately, singer Lars
Telkof couldn’t be on tour but singer Tim of Cocoon was an
adequate replacement and did a good job. “Bitterness” was the
last song and the band expressed their thanks to the audience for
the great mood. An encore was required again and “Retribution”
followed.

conclusion: All bands were amazin’ tonight and it was an awesome
audience, which partied hard the whole time. Big thanks go out to
the event organiser, the bands and the spectators for this

Mit
dem Nikolaus Tag kommt eine Tour in die Schweiz, die es in sich
hat. „Back on the Streets“ ist das Motto mit dem die Basler
Booking Agentur Tersicore und MAD Tourbooking eine deftige Kost
servieren. Als Headliner fungiert niemand geringeres als Six Reasons to Kill aus
Koblenz, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland. Unterstützt werden sie von
den Berliner Hardcore Rabauken Got
Nuthin’, den Schweizern Strained
Nerve und I Cut Out
Your Name aus Rheinfelden, Baden Württemberg, Deutschland.
Basel
war die erste Station wo die Tour einen Zwischenhalt einlegte.
Weil das Package einen derart erstklassigen Eindruck vermittelte,
ging ich zum Konzert. Schliesslich wollte ich sehen wie das
Publikum an einem Donnerstag auf die Musik reagieren und sich die
Bands präsentieren würden.
Den
Anfang machte I Cut Out Your Name. Die Mitglieder können viel Erfahrung
vorweisen, weil sie schon in anderen Bands wie State of Distrust,
Fear My Thoughts oder Blus aktiv waren. Dies wurde auch beim
Auftritt deutlich. Ihre Mischung aus Doom Metal, Hardcore, Death
Metal mit deutschen Texten wurde wohlwollend aufgenommen. Der
Auftritt war dennoch super, dank einer guten Performance, welche
von den Zuschauern mit Applaus bedacht wurde.
Nun
waren Schweizer Metaller von Strained
Nerve an der Reihe. Mit ihrem eigenen „Strained Metal“
legten die Aargauer einen furiosen Start hin. Der Sound wies
Pantera Einflüsse, aber auch melodische Thrash Metal Elemente
auf. Das lag auch an den eingängigen Riffs von den Gitarristen Hänni
und Egger während Sänger Ash Glueti sich mit Shouten hervortat.
Sänger Ash Glueti dankte Tersicore Booking für die Gelegenheit
in Basel zu spielen. „Broken Hard“ läutete das Ende eines
tollen Auftritts ein und das Publikum verabschiedete sie mit viel
Applaus.

war Got Nuthin’ dran.
Die Hardcore Truppe aus Berlin, Deutschland ist dem einen oder
anderen sicher in denkwürdiger Erinnerung geblieben, war sie doch
beim „Surviving Eastern Fest“ im Frühjahr dabei. Da überzeugte
man mit einem erstklassigen Auftritt. Der Raum war nun voller
Zuschauer und als die ersten Klänge von „Self Respect“ aus
den Boxen drangen, ging die Post ab. Die Zuschauer moshten herum,
während Sänger Tobi Diepelt gesanglich brillierte und die
Gitarrenfraktion Alex Leonhard & Stephan Kinski mit fetzigen
Riffs das Hirscheneck erschütterten. Dieser Auftritt war die
perfekte Gelegenheit um die Werbetrommel zu rühren für die im
Februar 2013 erscheinende „Back on the Streets“ EP. Die Musik
fand viel Anklang und Got
Nuthin’ wurden regelrecht abgefeiert. Eigentlich wäre
„Back on the Streets“ der letzte Song gewesen, aber die lauten
Zugabe Rufe blieben nicht unerhört. Mit dem Misfits Cover
„Attitude“ wurden die Gebete erhört und nochmals Gas gegeben
bevor dann Schluss war.

Ihr
denkt es geht nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau weiter? Falsch
gedacht! Auch wenn der Headliner Six Reasons To Kill zu später Stunde die Bühne betrat, war von Müdigkeit
keine Spur! Ganz im Gegenteil! Die Zuschauer waren hellwach und
drehten genau so durch wie bei der Vorband, was den Pfälzern mächtig
Eindruck machte. Bedauerlicherweise konnte Frontmann Lars Tekolf
aus persönlichen Gründen nicht auf der Tour dabei sein. Sänger
Tim von Cocoon war ein adäquater Ersatz und machte seine Sache
richtig gut. „Bitterness“ war der letzte Song als sich die
Band beim Publikum für die tolle Stimmung bedankte. Erneut wurde
eine Zugabe gefordert. Dies wurde mit „Retribution“ gewährt.

Alle Bands waren an diesem Abend grossartig und es war ein
tolles Publikum am Start, welches über weite Strecken voll
abgegangen war. Danke an den Veranstalter, den Bands und den
Zuschauern für den gelungenen Abend.

le jour de Saint Nicolas il y a un tour qui vient en Suisse, un
tour spéciale. « Back on the Streets » c’est leur
sujet avec lequel l’agence bâlois Booking Agentur Tersicore et
MAD Tourbooking nous présente une pièce de résistance . Comme
Headliner il ya qu’un autre que Six
Reasons to Kill de Coblence, Rhénanie-Palatinat en Allemagne.

c’était leur premier lieu ou le tour a fait un stop. Car le
pa1quet m’a laissé une telle impression j’ai décide
d’aller au concert. Finalement je voulais voir comment le public
réagit à un telle Jeudi et comment les groupes vont se présenter.
Le
début avait été fait par I
Cut Your Name. Les membres ont pas mal d’expérience a
montrer car ils ont été active dans d’autres groupes comme
State of Distrust, Fear My Thoughts ou Blus. Cela était aussi à
voir sur scène. L’apparence au concert a montré cela
clairement, par une bonne performance, et le public a bien
applaudit.
C’était
le part des Suisses Métalliques de Strained
Nerve. Avec leur propre « Strained Metal » les
argoviens on bien démarré. Le Sound a eu des influences de
Pantera, mais aussi des éléments Thrash Metal mélodiques.
Cela
était grâce des Riffs des guitaristes Hänni et Egger pendant le
chanteur Ash Glueti les a soutenu avec des Shouten. Chanteur Ash
Glueti a remercie Tersicore Booking pour la possibilité de jouer
à Bâle.
Broken
Hard à terminé cette exceptionnelle performance et le public les
à remercie avec beaucoup d’ applaudissement.

c’était le part de Got
Nuthin’. La Tropue du Hardcore de Berlin, Allemagne est resté
surement dans la mémoire de l’un ou l’autre, car ils
faisaient part au « Surviving Eastern Fest »
en printemps, ou ils on convaincu avec une brillante
performance. L’endroit était plein du public et quand les premier sons
du « Self Respect » sortait ca piétai le feu. Le
public dansait, quand le chanteur Tobi Diepelt brillait avec son
chant et les guitaristes Alex Leonhard et Stephan Kinski faisaient
trembler le Hirscheneck avec leur Riffs.
Cette
performance fut le moment parfait pour faire de la publicité pour
le disque « Back on the Streets » lancé sur le marché
en Février 2013. La Musique était bien reçus et Got
Nuthin’ étaient bien héroïsé.
En
fait « Back on the Streets » aurait du être le
dernier chant, mais l’applaudissement du public demandant n’a
pas passé sans réaction. Avec le Misfits Cover « Attitude »
on à régalé le public si demandant avant la fin du concert.

vous pensez que cela ne va pas continuer sur le même niveau ?

Reasons To
Kill apparait sur scène d’une heure tardive, il n’y avait
pas du tout trace de fatigue ! Au contraire !
Le
public était bien réveillé et présent comme pendant le group
avant, ce qui impressionnait les Allemands.
Malheureusement
le Frontman Lars Tekolf ne pouvait pas être présent pendant ce
tour, pour raisons personnelles. Le chanteur Tim von Cocoon fut un
remplacement parfaite et il a fait son devoir très bien.
« Bitterness »
était e dernier chant avec lequel le group a remercié le public
pour cette ambiance extraordinaire.

une fois le public a demandé plus ce qui fut honoré par « Retribution »
