Acoustic eargasm.

Blood Reign is a French Thrash Metal band hailing from Mülhausen (French Mulhouse), Alsace. Recently the four piece could support the American Death Metal veterans Six Feet Under on their Europe tour and played a show at Metal temple Z7 in Pratteln, where they kicked ass. After the show they sold merchandise like T-Shirts and stickers next to their „Feel The Pain“ EP. This EP was released in 2013 and self-distributed.
On this EP, the Alsatians indulge in the 80’s Thrash Metal. You hear out quickly influences of Slayer and Sepultura. The reason is that singer Ludovic Bingler’s vocals remind of former Sepultura Max Cavalera at „Bestial Devastation / Morbid Tales“ times. Another reason is the guitar play of guitar player Thomas Bleyer and Arnold Feder reminds of the early Sepultura phase.
What the Alsatians show on this EP is amazin’. Not only the powerful production causes an acoustic eargasm. The guitar tunes of Arnold Feder and Thomas Bleyer are so catchy that it’s impossible to sit still and simply needs to move to the music.
The Alsatians have left me a great first impression with the „Feel The Pain“ EP.

Bericht auf Deutsch

Akustischer Ohrenschmaus.
