From Finland another debùt
album!!!! They are FOR MY PAIN.. i'm sure that this cd will enter
into your heart very soon...
At
this moment it's available only in Finland but it will reach very
soon the rest of the world.
The sound
of this band represents the best of gothic and lovemetal till now
.You'll find all the
emotions of first H.I.M's album and the darkness and melancholy of
gothic metal .There's nothing new in this work, but they've been
able to put together the romanticism of Him. the wildness of metal
and the melancholy of gothic metal. This is a very super-band :Tuomas
Holopainen(keyboard) - Nightwish -, Lauri Tuohimaa (guitar), Juha
Kylmänen (vocals) , Altti Veteläinen (bass) -Eternal Tears of
Sorrow- , Olli-Pekka Törrö(guitar) -ex -Eternal tears of Sorrow,
Petri Sankala(drummer) - Kalmah and Eternal Tears of Sorrow - . The
sound is very different from that one played by the bands
where they come from, but all the influences give to them the
inspiration to carry out a very good album.......
The ten songs in this cd
are full of gothic emotions, and the romanticism is a very important
element in their sound!!!
I love "Broken
days" , "Dancer in the dark", "Rapture
of lust" that get an unforgettable refrain composed around
a perfect structured song.These three songs are the jewels of this
work and i'm sure that you'll listen to these trackss a lot of times!
What a beautiful
atmosphere arouses "Queen Misery" that seems a mix
between H.I.M and Sentenced!
There's much sadness in
their compositions and it's a pleasure to listen to "Bed of
dead Leaves" and Tomorrow is closed Gate that gets a
very depressive refrain ..performed with the right melancholy!
"Sea of emotions"
remind me to Entwine's sound ..in particular regarding the
structure and the cadenced rhythmic.
Another heart-attack is
the first-song "My Wound is deeper than yours" that
expresses all the energy they have!
THIS IS A
MASTERPIECE....there's nothing new inside but if you like melody and
the classic metal.....you can't be indifferent to this cd!!!
