A tribute to the Darkest of the night.

The German band comes out with another good release that will be the joy of all those who likes melodic and dramatic black metal

Oniric visions…infernal tunnels in which the band is able to find great solutions and able to give the soul of the song…Nothing original, but sound and  songs are agreeable. Immortal Remains can alternate atmospheric parts to great accelerations. I am stressing the spectral spirit of the band that amazes me in a song like “Insomnia” that gets an incredible infernal mood in which screaming vocals and growls give emphasis to the music characterized by a great key…an incredible work made by the rhytmic session.

Vocals are ok… in particular I like the great growls. The screamin’ vocals are nearer to those of Dani Filth…and their quality of  is very good.

Another emotional song is “Everlasting Night” that shows good solutions concerning the mood…never banal….and full of intensity.

Concerning the arrangements, I think that the band should improve something…but the whole quality is good…In particular, Immortal Remains creates a perfect dosage of keyboards that add more importance to the atmosphere  in which the good work of guitars and rhythmic session makes the essence.

The production is up to the task and I want to underline that the mix is well done.  If you like bands like Cradle of Filth, Hecate Enthroned , Anorexia Nervosa..…you can’t but appreciate this good work that will amaze you not for the original sound but for the quality of the same, almost never disappointing.

…like they say….this is a tribute to the Darkest of the night…
