nata una nuova divisione di MY KINGDOM MUSIC. Si chiama NEW
DAWN series ed includerà uscite di giovani bands e non con
grande talento che meritano la vostra attenzione e di cui si sentirà
sicuramente parlare a breve. Vi presentiamo le prime bands a far parte di
questa divisione le cui uscite sono tutte previste per il mese di
settembre. Iniziamo dagli ORIENT EXPRESS con il
loro album di debutto "Illusion" che unisce momenti
ipnotici a riffs graffianti e a melodie davvero ispirate, in uno stile
molto vicino allo spirito di bands come MOTORPSYCHO, GOD MACHINE; altro
viaggio è quello che ci presentano i torinesi ROSA ANTICA
con "Seven" una disarmante ma allo stesso tempo alternativa
aggressione sonora fatta di Death Metal, Crossover e momenti
Psichedelici con punti di riferimento come System Of A Down, Mastodon,
Pantera; volti noti invece sono gli SHIVAN
che ritornano sulle scene con "When Wishes Sicken", un
grande ritorno in Dark Gothic style vicino a Moonspell e
Paradise Lost. Perciò preparatevi ad una cascata di Dark sound. Si passa
poi a lidi più consoni alle sonorità My Kingdom Music con gli OBLIVIO ed
il loro "Dreams Are Distant Memories". Romani come Novembre
e Klimt 1918, proprio a loro possono essere accostati grazie ad un suono
etereo e sognante molto Post-Rock e Dark Gothic. Assolutamente scioccanti
e sensazionali sono i veneti AND HARMONY DIES
che con il loro "Flames Everywhere" propongono un'eclettica e
Avantgardish forma d'arte diabolica e destabilizzante capace di miscelare
in un unico capolavoro bands del calibro di ARCTURUS, DEVIL DOLL, LIMBONIC
ART e CRADLE OF FILTH. Sempre a settembre vedrà inoltre la luce il
debutto dei romani THE SUN OF WEAKNESS che
vi lascierà senza parole. "Trompe L'Oeil", questo il titolo, si
annuncia come un decadente, liquido, malinconico "spleen" pieno
di pathos che attinge a bands come NOVEMBRE, A PERFECT CIRCLE,
KATATONIA, ANATHEMA, TOOL. Di sicuro uno degli album più decadenti
dell'anno.

BRAINSTORM
German metallers BRAINSTORM
have finalized the track listing and cover
artwork for their brand new single, "Fire Walk with Me",
due on October 19 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy and October 22
in the rest of the world via Metal Blade Records.
Asked for why this song is so special for the band, singer Andy B. Franck
stated, "This is BRAINSTORM… better then ever! Play it loud
and find out yourself! This hits you right in your face!"

BRAINSTORM's new, as-yet-untitled studio album is scheduled for
release on January 25 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy and Janaury
28 in the rest of the world via Metal Blade Records. A European
co-headlining tour with EVERGREY will kick off on February 29 in
Gothenburg, Sweden.
Metal Blade in June released the first-ever BRAINSTORM DVD, "Honey
from the B's (Beasting around the Bush)". The box set was released
in digipack format "with special metal effect." The disc entered
the Hungarian Music DVD chart at position No. 18.
BRAINSTORM recently parted ways with longtime bass player Andreas
Mailänder and is currently seeking a replacement.

svolgerà Domenica 2 Marzo all'Alcatraz di Milano. Un
festival che torna a dieci anni di distanza dalla prima edizione che ebbe un
successo clamoroso e nella quale avemmo l'occasione per ammirare alcune tra
quelle che poi sarebbero diventate le bands italiane più famose, tra cui
Lacuna Coil e Labyrinth, oltre a gruppi storici come Extrema e Death
SS.
Il
grande successo della giornata italiana al Gods 06 ci ha dato un nuovo
impulso e abbiamo deciso di spingere ancora di più l'acceleratore sul metal
italiano.
Il
cast è in fase di lavorazione e sarà annunciato a brevissimo, ma ci
apprestiamo a vivere una grande giornata di metal tricolore che sarà il
preludio all'edizione 2008 del Gods Of Metal che come da tradizione si
svolgerà nel mese di Giugno. Saranno 8 le bands che andranno a comporre la

drummer Peter Wildoer has posted this message on his web site:
"In July we finally finished the mix of SOILWORK's new CD 'Sworn
to a Great Divide'. It took about one more month of work then planned. I
think it turned out very well with a quite raw production. Right now Klas
[Ideberg; DARKANE] and I are working on the Swedish metal band
CONSTRUCDEAD's new CD. If things go as planned (which they never do)
we will be finished in about two or three weeks.
"After the CONSTRUCDEAD CD will be finished we'll start working
on the mix of the upcoming DARKANE DVD. I just hope the DVD will be
released early next year. I also need to mix Stefan Rosqvist's debut
solo CD together with Stefan. I'm looking forward to releasing that
CD a lot. It will be the first time I will play on a CD that is not metal
with lots of improvised drumming. It features me performing everything from
loose 'jazzy' drumming to more rock orientated material. I guess a lot of
people will be surprised!
"Late this year Lalle Larsson will release his 'Seven Deadly
Pieces' DVD. The DVD will cover most of Lalle's work over the
years. The 'main concert' where 'Seven Deadly Pieces' is performed
live features me on drums. If you go to the video section here on my site
you will find two videos from that concert.
"Carl Johan Grimmark's (of NARNIA) first solo release is
just released. I'm drumming on that one as well. It's released on a small
record label so I don't know how easy it is to get hold of it. It's a kind
of heavy hard rock. You can visit Carl Johan's MySpace
site with plenty of samples.
"This coming winter we will start recording DARKANE's fifth
record. We have about nine songs ready. We were hoping to enter the studio
earlier but in typical DARKANE bad luck, our studio got flooded and
badly damaged. So now we're looking for a new location for the studio and as
soon as we find that we need to rebuild the studio which takes a lot of
time. Hopefully we will start recording around Christmas (fingers
crossed)."
DARKANE's upcoming DVD was shot in May 2006 in the band's hometown of
Helsingborg, Sweden.

DARKMOON
Swiss melodic death metallers DARKMOON
will release their second full-length album, "Apocalyptic
Syndrome", on November 9 via CCP Records. The CD was recorded at Little
Creek studios in Gelterkinden (Baselland), Switzerland and will
contain "10 songs between the borders of death/thrash and black
metal," according to the band.

producer/guitarist Jean-Francois Dagenais has finished mastering
the self-titeld debut album from the Hamilton, Ontario-based metallers DEATHMARCH.
The CD will be released mid-October via Northern Storm Records. The
track "Aurora Borealis" is available for preview on Northern
Storm's MySpace
page while the songs "The Wretched Wanderer" and "Written
in Blood" can be heard here.
DEATHMARCH's debut was recorded at Second Stage Studios
(owned by Mike Cotton Sr.), with Colin Attlesey of the band WILL
OF THE ANCIENTS/DETSORGSEKALF/BIG&TALL." The cover
art was created by Brenda Rudder.

a severe neck prolapse causing numbness in his right arm.
Laureano previously played for DIMMU BORGIR during the
band's North American stint on Ozzfest in 2004 and during festival

PROPHECY
Grindethic Records
has announced the signing of cult Texas death metal band PROPHECY.
Formed in 1991 in Shreveport, Lousiana, the band crafted its own path
through the U.S. death metal underground, in the process relocating to
Texas and helping to shape the sound associated with the death metal scene
there. The band has a string of demos and official releases to their name,
and their live treks have spanned across the USA and Europe.
The Texas slam merchants are set to begin recording their third
full-length album, their first in over 5 years, in October. The album will
be titled "Don't Fuckin' Mess With Texas" and will
feature artwork by the prolific Tony Koehl (ENTHRALLMENT, MALIGNANCY,
ABYSMAL TORMENT, INFERNAL REVULSION, etc.). A release is set
for the end of the year.
In related news, the band recently embarked on The Entrails in Europe
Tour 2007 with CARNAL DECAY (CH) and ROTTENNESS (MEX)
starting off at the NRW Deathfest in Germany. More information is

SIN has parted ways with Century Media Records and is currently
seeking a new label home. In light of its new independence, the group has
just entered the second installment of the "Bodog Music Battle of
the Bands" presented by Bodog Entertainment Group.
Bodog Music is searching for the top unsigned band in America with "Bodog
Music Battle of the Bands", which is taking place in 17 major
markets and features more than 300 live shows.

BRAND NEW SIN is continuing to promote its acclaimed album "Tequila".

in Brooklyn with producer Joey Z (LIFE OF AGONY, STEREOMUD).

appearance by Peter Steele (TYPE O NEGATIVE) on the track "Reaper
Man". The group also recorded a new version of the entrance theme
music for Big Show, the 7-foot, 500-pound ECW wrestler. The
theme, "Crank It Up", was first heard on the compilation CD
"WWE: Wreckless Intent", which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard
chart.

NAZARENE have finalized the track listing for their new album, "Manifest",
which will be released on October 24 in Finland (licensed to Spinefarm
Records) and October 26 in rest of Europe (Osmose Productions).
The CD was recorded and mixed at Sonic Pump studio by Tapio
Pennanen, and was mastered at Finnvox studio by Mika Jussila.
The cover artwork and layout was handlded by Ritual.

AGE
Hamburg, Germany-based brutal melodic death metallers DARK AGE have posted the title track of their upcoming album, entitled "Minus Exitus", on their MySpace page. The CD's artwork was created by Niklas Sundin from DARK TRANQUILLITY.
"Minus Exitus" is scheduled for release this fall via Remedy Records. Other songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Cold" and "Black September". A trailer for the album can be viewed below. According to an online post by the band's keyboardist Martin Reichert, the CD's first pressing will likely include a limited-edition DVD.
DARK AGE's first DVD, "Live, So Far...", was released last year via Remedy Records.
DARK AGE's most recent studio CD, "Dark Age" (2003), featured a guest appearance by TIAMAT frontman Johan Edlund on two songs.

Fan-filmed video footage of legendary
Florida death metallers MALEVOLENT CREATION performing at this year's
Party.San Open Air festival, which took place August 9-11, 2007 in
Bad Berka, Germany, can be viewed at Blabbermouth.net.
Drummer Dave Culross has apparently once again quit MALEVOLENT
CREATION. No reason was given for his departure. Dave is said to
be doing recordings with other bands at the moment as well as launching a
new project. He is also looking to do some session work.
MALEVOLENT CREATION's new album, "Doomsday X", was
released in the U.S. on July 17 via Nuclear Blast Records and in
Europe on August 24 via Massacre Records. The CD was recorded and
engineered at Mercury Recording Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida by
longtime friend and producer (and sometimes session member) Gus Rios,
and is said to be the most diverse MALEVOLENT CREATION album recorded
to date and "without a doubt their fastest!!" Mick Thomson,
guitarist for SLIPKNOT, contributed a "ripping" guitar solo
to the song "Deliver My Enemy".

the German Media Control chart at position No. 93.
"The Wolves Go Hunt Their Prey" is available as a normal

THE VISION BLEAK's Ulf Theodor Schwadorf previously stated
about the new CD: "The album contains nine songs which are definitely
among the heaviest and at the same time the most atmospheric and most
stringent pieces of music THE VISION BLEAK has ever released. The
metal part — read: the guitar riffs — of THE VISION BLEAK's
sound certainly has made it more into the foreground on 'The Wolves Go

The German gothic metal band will tour Europe with THERION and SIRENIA

ILL
NINO
A new ILL NINO track entitled
"Fingerpainting (With The Enemy)" has been made available
for streaming at this
location. The song comes off the group's forthcoming album "Enigma"
(Cement Shoes), which has had its release date pushed back to
January 8, 2008.
ILL NINO's last release was the "The Undercover
Sessions" EP, which came out in November through Cement Shoes.
The CD was comprised of three of ILL NINO's favorite cover songs
from bands they loved growing up as fans, and two brand new songs — all
overseen by legendary producer Andy Johns (LED ZEPPELIN, VAN
HALEN, OZZY OSBOURNE), Dave Chavarri and Eddie Wohl
(ANTHRAX, 36 CRAZYFISTS, MACHINE HEAD). The EP was
the band's first release through Cement Shoes following their split
with the Roadrunner label.

Italian death metal band Legion has comunicates the
new name changed in Enough to Kill.
They
had recorded their first album called "A reason for".
The
new album will contain 10 songs of modern death metal like In Flames,
Soilwork, Killswitch Engage, Mnemic,
and it has been mixed in
Italy
at Alpha Omega studios by Giancarlo Licci / Alex Azzali (Ancient,
Cataract).
A
special guest (Flegias from Necrodeath) appears in "Lost
Forever".

Directed by Soren (UNEARTH, LIGHT THIS CITY) earlier
this summer, the clip will make its television debut on Music Choice
October 1, with other outlets to follow.
In the meantime, ALL THAT REMAINS continues to support its latest
effort, "The Fall of Ideals", with a string of dates
alongside SHADOWS FALL and support acts before headlining alongside PROTEST
THE HERO, labelmates THE ACACIA STRAIN and TOO PURE TO DIE
later this month before meeting up with AS I LAY DYING to be direct support
on a tour that also features HASTE THE DAY and labelmates THROUGH
THE EYES OF THE DEAD.
ALL THAT REMAINS' debut DVD, featuring footage from the past three
years, the band's entire videography, fan and band interviews,
behind-the-scenes footage, and footage from two separate live performances,
will be available this fall through Prosthetic Records.
