A sound directly coming from 70’s when bands like Joy Division , Nick Cave were the only expression of this style

The return of Plan E is by another album that represents a full immersion into psychedelic dark music!

Comparing it to the previous cd, Plan E show a good maturity in searching of depressive sensations by the influence of historic bands, even if sometimes the music goes to monotonous moments.

A sound directly coming from 70’s when bands like Joy Division , Nick Cave were the only expression of this style, and it's easy to notice that the band gets inspirations both in the sound and the musical compositive approach to these bands!

An album that can be appreciated from all those who like this style in which also the arrangements puts in evidence the simplicity by those typical elements of that period.

The  structures of the songs are full of intense and depressive sensations expressed by the easy arrangements of 70’s!

No electronic parts  but only  an old keyboard sound mixed to some good guitar arrangements and a deep voice and an intense bass.

The aficionados of this style can appreciated tracks like the emotive “El Gusano Royo” that shows good progressive parts into a 70’s mood and the deep vocals.

Separate Ways” is another depressive song in which the band show very depressive sensations in its own way!

Instead I underline the boring “ City in the Garden” and the monotonous “ Mexplorer”. Listening to all the album you'll have the sensations to make a travel into the old 70's dark...A travel into the past!

This album can be interesting only and only for those who likes 70’s bands like Doors, Joy Division and Nick Cave .
